It's hard to resist falling in love with Nicaragua. The people, the jungle, the sights and smells all contribute to a landscape and culture that captivated us from the beginning. Grown and processed by Don Byron Corrales at his farm outside Matagalpa, the chocolate and butterscotch underscored by an assertive body truly reflect our love of this origin.
